Shipping Policy

At DBOSS Firearms, we take pride in getting your gear to you quickly, securely, and with care. While we don’t ship firearms or ammunition, we do ship awesome merch—fast.

1) Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience—our team works hard to get your order out as fast as possible.

2) Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and any unforeseen delays (like weather or carrier issues).

3) Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

4) Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

5) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. However, if your order is lost or arrives damaged, email dorseybossllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details. We’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.

6) Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize there’s an error after checkout, contact us immediately at dorseybossllc@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address.

7) Preorders & Backorders

If an item is on preorder or backorder, the estimated ship date will be displayed on the product page. Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are available unless stated otherwise.
