Refund & Return Policy

At DBOSS Firearms, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. Our merchandise—like our community—is built to last. That said, we understand things can happen, and we’ve got your back when they do.

1) Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery on most items if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Includes all original tags and packaging

  • Purchased directly from dbossfirearms.com

Non-returnable items:

  • Stickers, decals, patches

  • Clearance/final sale items

  • Digital products or gift cards

2) Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email dorseybossllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Order number

  • Brief description of the issue

  • Clear photo of the damage

We’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund once verified.

3) Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’ll exchange apparel within 30 days of delivery if unworn and in original packaging.
Customer pays return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.

4) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an update.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5) Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t posted:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card issuer (processing times vary).

  3. Still stuck? Email dorseybossllc@gmail.com and we’ll track it down.

6) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, original shipping is deducted unless the return is due to our mistake.
